Happy Creative are extremely proud to announce that they have recently been chosen by Cambridge University Press to design a number of concepts for a range of English Learning publications.
Cambridge University Press is the international publishing business of the University of Cambridge, one of the world’s leading research institutions. They publish the finest academic and educational writing from around the world. An international organisation with branches and agents throughout the world, it is not just a leading British publisher, it is the oldest printer and book publisher in the world, having been operating continuously since 1584. The company was founded in 1534 after being granted Letters Patent by Henry VIII and proudly retains their original objectives of advancing knowledge, education, learning, and research.
They commissioned Happy to provide a number of initial design concepts for advertising, posters, promotional materials and website banner adverts which will promote a new edition of one of their popular English Language reference books which will be issued globally.
The designs were chosen by staff at Cambridge University Press in June and will help promote the new edition through a range of communication materials including: print media, banner adverts, online promotions, t-shirts and videos. Happy have so impressed the Marketing Team at the publishers that they have since been asked to design concepts for a number of additional English Language Learning publications which will be also be utilised globally. One of the campaigns includes the promotion of a flexible, easy-to-teach General English course that will enable adults and young adults to speak and listen with confidence. In addition, concepts were designed for a range of exciting teaching support materials that will encourage and enable children aged 6-11 years to have fun whilst learning English. The campaigns are due to be launched in Autumn 2011 and we anticipate them to be a great success.
We look forward to a long and happy relationship with such an illustrious institution.
