Cheshire-based Hillcrest Homes have implemented a guerrilla campaign to market one of their prestigious developments. The innovative company called upon the services of Happy Creative to create intrigue and interest for the remaining homes on their development.
Guerrilla marketing relies on time, energy and imagination. Typically campaigns are unexpected and unconventional with audiences targeted in unusual places and in unusual ways.
Bright yellow mannequins were found in the leafy suburbs of Cheshire casually sitting on the fence at the development. They created intrigue with passing traffic and in the local village. The mannequins prompted visitors to act quickly reminding them that the offer on the remaining homes would go fast so there would be no time to sit on the fence.
As a result property viewings increased during the short campaign.
