Possibly the most important news, our Happy Designer Hakim turned the big ‘30’ last week! The youngest of The Happies we wanted to make this a birthday that he wouldn’t forget, so we decorated Happy HQ with a little bit of a twist.

In true Happy style we celebrated with cake and strawberries, and Happy Hakim was pleasantly surprised by his well-timed birthday parcel. Thank you to everyone that wished him a Happy 30th Birthday.
He’s just about to jet off to a surprise holiday in Portugal! We’re not jealous at all…
Lord Coe was one of four keynote speakers inspiring our Chief Happy, Karen at the Vistage Executive Summit in beautiful Harrogate. The Driving Dynamic Decisions event was the first to be held outside London and was attended by around 200 company directors. Lord Coe opened the event sharing the importance of vision in driving dynamic decisions along with insights from the 2012 Olympics. Three other keynote speakers included Roger Martin-Fagg with a Brexit Risk Assessment, Thimon De Jong on Future Human Behaviour and Business Strategy, and from the States, Dean Minuto with his Yesculate – getting to “yes” faster.
Ribby Hall’s market research is now underway and Happy Account Manager Marilia has been busy facilitating a series of focus groups with a little help from some of The Happies!
A highlight so far is a focus group with children, and as Happy Marilia found out, you never know what they are going to say. They’re unbelievably honest and often fearless characters which made this session very memorable and informative.
Marilia was overwhelmed with the popularity of the focus groups and has really enjoyed delivering these for the 5* star holiday village.
Our Happy Account Manager Krisztina has been out and about visiting our Happy clients. This week she took a sneak peek into the Pink Link Ladies, Women's Entrepreneurship Day held at Village Hotel in Blackpool.
The event was attended by female entrepreneurs from across the North West to support women in business. Whilst she was there she took some snaps of the event, our favourite has to be these cute Christmas Treat boxes by the Village Team!
