BFW Management Ltd had a challenge for Happy – a new identity, brand conception, branded materials, a new website and delivering the marketing collateral both on and off-line.
BFW Management Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust who are experts in property and facilities management across the north west.
As support to the NHS and other organisations, BFW’s new name needed to reflect the responsibility they have for delivering the services which keeps the organisations moving forward.
Happy’s experts ran a branding workshop for the client and listened to their core values, their business methods, stormed ideas and concepts for the client and Atlas was born.
Support is a running theme throughout Atlas’ values.
Anthony Monks, communications officer at Atlas, said: “The support of the team at Happy has been invaluable. From helping to create the Atlas brand, from conception to reality, to taking concepts and putting them into words and images has been our rock.
“Without their guidance, patience and flair, we wouldn’t be in the place we are now.”
Atlas’ new website takes the user on a journey with clear functionality for the many services they are responsible for across their organisation, an opportunity to meet the team and news coming out of the business.
John Filmer, a Happy account manager, said: “We were appointed to help create a company name, brand identity, values and website.
“We’ve produced various other marketing materials for Atlas, including stationery, brochures, pull-up banners and other collateral. We began with a branding workshop, attended by the senior management team and other members of staff.”
“We listened to their challenges, listened to the values and services they are responsible for and made it the backbone of the marketing process.”
Happy’s journey with Atlas has only just begun and it will continue to support the management company on a number of new projects in the future.
