Blackpool. 20 June 2018. Blackpool based marketing and creative agency, Happy Creative is pleased to announce the sponsorship of this year's North West Cultural Education Awards.

rganised by Curious Minds, the awards provide an opportunity to shine a light on individuals, schools, and organisations that have gone above and beyond in their work to bring the benefits to the region's children and young people.

Karen Lambert. Chief Happy at Happy Creative, said: "We are delighted to be supporting this year's North West Cultural Education Awards. By supporting Curious Minds, we hope to make a difference to improving the lives of children and young people by enriching them through arts and culture. We look forward to celebrating the success of those community champions later this month".

Curious Minds is the organisation that bridges the gap between the cultural and educational sector across the North West, funded by Arts Council England, they provide children and young people with the opportunity to access arts and culture.

Derri Burdon, Chief Executive of Curious Minds said; "By supporting the awards, Happy Creative has made it possible for us to champion these local heroes, shining a spotlight on their work and celebrating their achievements. They've also contributed to making the event special for everyone who attends and we can't thank them enough for getting involved".

The award winners will be announced later this month at a ceremony on Wednesday 27th June at Preston’s Guild Hall.

The event will bring together teachers, arts, and cultural sector practitioners, youth sector leaders, community representatives and policy-makers from across the North West.

Happy Creative has been working with Curious Minds on various projects since 2015, including a brand refresh, a new website build and multiple marketing projects. The team at Happy continues to develop exciting and inspirational ideas for the team at Curious Minds.
