Happy Creative has helped Canal Boat Cruises of Riley Green get to the heart of their brand and produced a stunning new logo.
Award winning, family-run canal business, Canal Boat Cruises, specialise in canal boat hire, holidays and special canal boat cruise excursions along the Leeds-Liverpool canal. When owners John and Lesley Yates decided it was time to update their logo and better understand their brand they turned to Happy Creative.
The goal was to create a modern logo that brought in the key elements of the company’s proud Lancashire heritage, a modern design that could remain fresh, and most importantly a logo that showed the real passion and expertise for canal boat cruises.
Starting with one of their unique, fun and highly interactive brand workshops, Happy worked with the team at Canal Boat Cruises to identify the key brand values that underpin the whole company.
It was a meeting of the Happies and the Canalies that made sweet logo design waves, resulting in this stunning new logo for Canal Boat Cruises.
Cruising to a new logo
The result has already floated many people’s boats, including owner Lesley who was fulsome in her praise taking to the social media airwaves to show everyone the new look.
