Walker Sime
Content creation and social media management
Walker Sime is a multi-million-turnover, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, trusted for delivering technically excellent and commercially sound project management, cost consultancy and design services across both the public and private sectors. With offices in Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool, a sister office in London, and as part of the global HanmiGlobal group, Walker Sime operates at scale while maintaining a strong, people-led culture.
Their social media needed to reflect that expertise, credibility and personality.
Working closely with the Walker Sime team, we developed clear, on-brand copy, alongside bespoke graphics and video content, ensuring every post felt professional, confident and unmistakably Walker Sime. The focus was on translating complex industry expertise into content that was engaging, accessible and relevant to their audience.
Alongside the creative, we handled day-to-day social media management, from scheduling and posting, to monitoring engagement and refining content based on performance. This hands-on approach ensured a consistent presence across key platforms, while allowing content to evolve based on what resonated most with their audience.
The results speak for themselves.
Over an 18-month period, we helped Walker Sime’s LinkedIn following grow organically from 6,000 to just over 10,000. This growth strengthened visibility, increased engagement and kept Walker Sime front of mind within the construction and consultancy sector.
