Happy has been working with Ribby Hall, the multi award-winning holiday village, to make more of its holiday home experience.
Ribby Hall, set in acres of parkland between Preston and Blackpool, isn’t your average holiday village. With top restaurants, a spa, gym, two pools, horse riding, laser tag and just about anything else you can imagine, it’s a place to relax, indulge, celebrate and get fit, all rolled into one.
A huge part of the village is its holiday homes, and Ribby asked Happy for help in updating its holiday homes brochure to reach a larger audience.
Strategic research
Vital to the success of the project was exploring the thoughts of existing owners. What they told us was this: that owning a Ribby Hall holiday home isn’t about facilities, impressive as they are. It’s about family. Community. The ability to escape to a place of luxury whenever you like. And the feeling of being part of something rather special – exclusive, but in a friendly way.
Engaging a new audience
It’s that feeling of friendly exclusivity, and that evocation of what it’s like to spend time at Ribby Hall, that is front and centre of the new brochure, where it can make an emotional connection with prospective home owners.
Emma Dobson, from Ribby Hall’s marketing team was rather pleased: “The strategic research Happy helped us with was invaluable and the fantastic brochure for our holiday home prospects has been really well received both internally and externally.
