Meet Jenna Fort, Our Newest Happy

 Posted on: 2nd September  2024

Say hello to Jenna Fort, the newest member of our Happy family! Jenna has joined us as a marketing executive, bringing a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set that she's eager to share. We recently caught up with Jenna over a brew and some cake, and she opened up about how these 6 key skills are shaping her new role:

"I’m Naturally Curious"

Jenna’s work is driven by natural curiosity, she understands the full scope of a client’s needs isn’t just a preliminary step—it’s a vital part of the process. “I’m naturally curious,” she says, “I like to understand the details—learning about a company’s history, its goals, and what has and hasn’t worked in the past. It’s all about understanding the full picture so we can create something that truly works for clients.”

"I See the Value in Data"

Jenna understands that data isn’t just numbers —it’s the backbone of every decision she makes. “I see the value in data,” she explains, “When I dig into things like market research, social media metrics, and campaign analysis, I know that it’s not just gathering stats—I’m uncovering insights that guide next steps. Whether it’s using Google Analytics or tracking customer acquisition trends, the data helps me make informed decisions.”

"A Slice of Creativity"

Beyond analytics, Jenna brings “a slice of creativity” to her new role. Having run her own cake business for over a decade, she’s experienced in transforming ideas into reality. “Creativity is about seeing things from different angles and being versatile,” Jenna says “I’ve designed everything from Taylor Swift-themed cakes to elegant wedding cakes, so I know how to take a concept and make it something special. That same creative approach is what I bring to marketing—finding unique solutions that really resonate with an audience.”

"I Enjoy Building Relationships"

At the heart of Jenna’s professional approach is a genuine passion for people. “I enjoy building relationships,” she says, “For me, it’s all about understanding who people are and what they need. I am enjoying getting to know my colleagues, clients and our partners on a personal level. When we connect in this way, it’s easier to create work that feels authentic and truly meets needs. It’s important to me that a client feels heard and valued throughout the process.”

"I Like to See the Bigger Picture"

Jenna’s ability to “see the bigger picture” is another of her qualities. She understands that every project is a piece of a larger puzzle, and that success depends on keeping the overarching goals in mind. “It’s about knowing what difference we’re making and working towards that,” she explains, “I always keep the end goal in mind. By focusing on that bigger picture, we can ensure that every step we take is moving us closer to making a meaningful impact.”

"I Bring a Different Perspective"

In an ever-evolving industry, Jenna’s commitment to learning and growth ensures she always brings “a different perspective”. “I’m constantly exploring new trends, technologies, and strategies because staying updated is key to staying ahead. Whether it’s attending workshops or reviewing the latest industry research, I’m always looking for fresh ideas that can help a business forward. It’s about bringing something new and valuable.”

So there it is …. hot off the press from the newest Happy, Jenna Fort. We’re looking forward to working with Jenna and to watching her blossom in her new role.

Social Media

All the tweets and posts in the world won’t help generate leads unless there’s some strategic thinking behind what you’re doing.

We’ll help define the right social media strategy for you, so that you’re on the right platforms, saying the right things to the right people at the right time to generate the right leads.

Design & Brand Building

Marketing is bit like those huge, swirling flocks of starlings you see from time to time. Individually your brochure, email, ad, meme or gif may not change the world.

But when you join them together and ensure they’re all heading in the same direction, you have the power to stop people in their tracks.

We design communications that help build a consistent brand and convert more leads to sales.

Websites

Your website can generate leads in so many ways. Informed content. Strong calls to action. A simple, natural journey from ‘Hi there!’ to ‘Buy now’.

Yet websites are never ‘done’. They need to keep evolving to keep pace with your customers’ expectations, so we’ll be with you for the long haul to keep tweaking, refining and growing your site – and to deliver the PPC campaigns that help drive traffic towards it.

Because when your website keeps working to understand and speak to your audience, you’ve got more chance of converting.
